reactivation request ignored
on 27th November i requested via e mail for my scenery to be reactivated but this has been ignored to date.
i find this totally unacceptable support and unless i get a response in the next few days will take the matter further in public forum in the major portals like AVSIM.
i have opened a support ticket at Simmarket who only say its not their problem. Fine. You have my money. I am not a happy customer
