Human Factors in Aviation
The aim of this course is to understand the importance of Human Factors in aviation management systems: to understand and manage human factors as an important element of your management system (quality, safety, security, risk management).

How You Will Benefit

At the completion of this course attendees will have the tools to:

* Explain the theory behind each Human Factor in aviation
* Explain the benefits to manage each factor
* Explain the negative consequences and organizational impact if the factor is not managed
* Explain best practices to be able to manage the factor effectively
