Cannot instal in FS2004 Empty Cannot instal in FS2004

I bought the download product from Simmarket. When I try to install, I enter the activation key, but when I press next I get the following message and cannot proceed ?

"1267 illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci_IMPLICIT"
