I am having difficulty installing this product. I get as far as the section where I enter my email address my name and the serial, and when I click Next a white horizontal bar flashes up on my screen then disappears. I tried to search for this product in your shop but can not find it. Please can you help me install this add on. 889945 6499 AVIATION MULTIMEDIA STUDIOS - CANCUN 2012 FSX. Sim market seem to think it is because my product needs re activating.
