Reactivation of FSX scenery Cancun 2012

I downloaded the file from the FSX Cancun 2012 simMarket shop again.
When installing'm having problems.
I put my name, email and serial and the installation does not continue.
Get stuck on the screen, I think there is a problem with the installer.
Please what should I do now, I'm waiting.
